These skirts are built on a non-slip rubberized elastic band, and are very full and tightly ruffled, soft tulle.  The top layer can be plain tulle, gold-sparkle tulle, or silver-sparkle tulle. The Child's skirt is made of soft tulle (so it's not 'scratchy'). Skirt only, no bodice - no panty, not hooped, not tacked.

• The Child Size is a 4-layer 10-inch skirt. The Child Size is best suited for children aged 9-years and under.
